Matt Spillane
Matt is an experienced commercial and industrial property specialist, having been involved in the purchase, sale and leasing of some of Australia’s most valuable real estate for over 30 years.
Prior to establishing Spillane Property Consulting, Matt managed a significant portfolio in Australian office properties for the former ASX-listed Commonwealth Property Office Fund. More recently, he’s worked with AMP Capital on the development, leasing and investment management of Quay Quarter Sydney (QQS).
With an enviable network and a dedication to optimising returns for his clients, Matt consistently exceeds demands from high-profile property funds, trusts and occupiers in the negotiations of commercial and industrial property deals.
